We are honored to feature three MacArthur “Genius” Fellows: two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Rhiannon Giddens, and multi award-winning writer Edwidge Danticat. The event will also host a conversation between acclaimed actress and activist Sophia Bush and survivor leader Melanie Thompson. We'll have musical performances by South African survivor leader Grizelda Grootboom and internationally acclaimed violinist Robert McDuffie. Actress Saidah Arrika Ekulona will emcee. 

The net proceeds of this event will directly go to CATW’s national and international programmatic activities. In light of the impact of COVID-19 on victims and survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation, your generous support will strengthen our global movement to alleviate suffering of the most vulnerable women and girls and to march toward equality for all.

The Coalition Against Trafficking in Women (CATW) is one of the oldest international organizations working to end the trafficking and sexual exploitation of women and girls. Through an approach rooted in women’s rights and human rights principles, we advocate for strong laws and policies, raise public awareness and support survivor leadership.
